If you decide to stay in the city there are still many options. Continue east towards Vasilissis Olgas street, the former Exohon Avenue. It is the Avenue where in the late 19th – early 20th century, the richest families in Thessaloniki built grand villas, many of which exist today. Most of the villas have been converted into museums and cultural sites and are visitable. Discover them by following some of the Thematic Routes (Ottoman, Jewish, Modern Architecture). More here

Continue east to enjoy your coffee or lunch in the Arezzous area. In Nikolaou Plastira street there are many cafés, restaurants and taverns for a delightful dusk overlooking the sea.

At night, have fun at the bars located on two pedestrian streets, Iktinou and Zefxidos Streets in the city heart.
